"Ty! Resident Perks & Rental Rewards Program"

Fort Knox Property Management is thankful and value you as a tenant. To show our appreciation, we customized a special benefits package just for you. Check out all the great benefits, perks, and rewards our "Ty Resident Perks & Rental Rewards Program" provides during your tenancy with FKPM....

Routine Air Filter Delivery. Air filters are automatically delivered to your front door every 3-months to improve your home air quality.

$1 Million Identity Theft Protection. Every adult on the lease automatically gets identity protection. In the event of an actual identity theft case, the resident is covered up to $1,000,000 for most resulting damages.

Credit Building. On-time rent payments are automatically reported to all three credit bureaus, helping residents build their credit simply for paying their rent on time.

Rental Rewards. Residents receive awesome rewards at move-in and can unlock even more rewards by paying rent on the day it's due. Gifts include: $30 gift card for national and local brands $25 restaurant card $40 rewards cash on rent day each month rent is paid on time More!

On Demand Perks & Rental Rewards App. Download and track your "Ty Perks & Rental Rewards" points on your mobile phone.

Tenant Opt-in Security Deposit Alternative. In lieu of paying the normal up-front security deposit, the tenant can opt-in to get security deposit alternative protection and just pay a minimal monthly fee.

Renters Liability Protection. Up to $100,000 in tenant liability coverage for major damages to the owner's dwelling such as accidental kitchen fire etc.

Move-In Concierge. A concierge rep identifies the best rates for each of the resident’s utilities and compiles them altogether. They then handle all communication with the providers so one single call to the liaison is all that is needed from the resident.

All tenants are automatically enrolled in this program upon signing their lease agreement at a cost of $50 per month in addition to the monthly rent, except for the Security Deposit Alternative and Identity Theft Protection, which require a separate opt-in request.
